Lee Moultrie is a retired United States Air Force veteran, cancer survivor, health advocate, speaker and community connector. His public service has included healthcare outreach, civic leadership and successful federal voting-rights advocacy in Charleston County.
Across each chapter, the mission has remained consistent: help people understand complex systems, connect communities with useful resources and ensure that important voices are heard.
